This part can be welded in to repair all shafts. the universal joint is of the larger 3+7/32 universal. This type was used on later model landrovers from around 1961. It is compatible with series 1 bolt up, but the end flange must of course be of 3+7/32 type, so this assembly can be used to repair a later shaft for use on a series 1.
