We will accept any goods returned in unused and undamaged condition, if the part is unsuitable for any reason it can be returned for a refund. Postage costs will not be refunded.
All freight costs on returns must be prepaid.
Our responsibility is limited to replacement or refund of a defective part only, no consequencial losses.
We do recycle packaging to reduce theft and save the environment.
For overseas locations surface mail delivery can take several weeks or months. If you require Airmail, with faster delivery times, or if you are in a hurry for your parts, please let us know in the checkout or you may be dissapointed with slow delivery times. We can send anything by Airmail, but this service is at extra cost to you.
We are not an express parts service, your order may take some time to be sent, if you are in a hurry for your parts please let us know.
In some countries, parts shipped in the mail may incur extra costs that you as the mail receiver are responsible for. Check your local Customs or Post Office for details. These costs vary from Country to Country, and are beyond the control of the Series One Shop and cannot be refunded by us under any circumstances.
